Those sons of cunts at GameStop fired me

That's right--I was fired. I no longer work at GameStop. I had an interview today at EB Games, and now I have to wait a week for the area manager to call back for interview #2. In the meantime, I'm gonna visit Lance tomorrow at Waldenbooks to see if he can't help me get a job there, and I'm also gonna contact my old boss Debbie, to see if I can't work at Lois Gross in the meantime. I need a job, dammit. I've never, ever, ever been fired before. It sucks. I was pretty fucking pissed all day, but my mood has stabilized somewhat from watching the Samurai X OAV. Still, I want to beat the living fuck out of Shane and break Jimmy's neck with my bare hands.

Oh, I cut my hair Monday. It's a whole lot shorter than my last pic, but it'll get long soon enough.

Not having a job sucks. Hit me up.

The BBQ

Went to Brighton on Saturday evening to hang at Brian's. He had some people over, a keg, and was gonna make some burgers. Beforehand I went to Nate's to hang out with him and Marlon and Mike for a bit. I got to play with his chickens. :D

Yeah, so Jason was also there, and he is pretty fucking crazy when drunk. I myself didn't drink, due to prohormone treatment, but I made the stupid mistake of smoking some weed with Marlon. BAD IDEA. My blood pressure was shooting way up, and I thought I was going to explode. That feeling lasted well into Sunday, even after sleeping.

There was chicks there, but I was feeling too spazzed out to talk to anyone, plus my prohormones have killed my sex drive considerably anyhow. I left around 11:30. They'll be worth it. Nate got shit-faced drunk, swigging a fifth of Skyy in one hand, and some Sprite in the other. Jenny made the good decision of taking him home early, which I'm sure others felt safe about too. Not that Nate's a mean guy, but he's a pretty big boy, and I know that under his condition there's no way I would be able to subdue him. Note to self: if you're not gonna drink or smoke, there's no point in going to party. I guess no partying for another 11 weeks.

I think it's funny to know that pretty much all of us GameStop goons are quitting within the next month or two, myself included.

So yeah, I don't update the LJ thing. I can't seem to make mine interesting enough to write in, hence, I don't write in it often. Oddly enough, Shane wasn't all that pissed at me about Jill's visit to the store, and after looking at the audit, I could see that most of it was Shane's fault. I tell you, he's losing it like Tony Soprano. I have a good feeling he'll get fired very, very soon. I told my guys that they can put me as their supervisor reference at GameStop, and I'll put in the good word for 'em. They've put up with plenty of my bullshit, and I like the lot of 'em, despite how each of them can piss me off in their own ways.

I ain't such a bad boss, now am I? ;)

However, I actually managed to get Sandy pissed at me. Go figure. Oh, and there's that story with Don and the chick from Subway. He can be a douche bag sometimes, but hell, aren't we all?

I called my dad last night. I can pretty much head down to Arizona and stay for the summer whenever I'm ready. I'd like to stay the whole summer through before the fall semester starts, but I gotta go Pete's wedding in late June, and I gotta go through my orientation at OU and get that taken care of. Aside from that, Arizona will be fun. Cheers, everyone.

Oh, and check out http://www.ninjapirate.com . So what if he's a Maddox ripoff? He's pretty honest about it, and his rants are laugh-worthy in their own way. I especially laughed at the thing about Maynard from TOOL (AKA the absolute greatest fucking band of all time, ever, and can kick any stupid bullshit pop band's ass). One of these days, I'm gonna do a comparison of the whiney prick from Dashboard, and Maynard. Maynard will eat his bones and shit chocolate milk powder, he's that badass.

In fact, there should be a Battle Royale between TOOL + A Perfect Circle, and the entire pop-punk-emo world. We all know who would reign victorious, and his name is Robert De Niro. Or Maynard. That would be a tough call.
